If you’re looking for a full-body workout to exercise, tone up, and strengthen even the tiniest muscles in your body, then ballet is the workout for you.
Ballet keeps the brain active. Studies have shown that ballet helps with dementia! Memorizing movements helps the brain develop new neural connections, improves memory, and gives you a good dose of serotonin.
